Introduction to 25Live
25Live is Fuller's master space calendar and the primary way for staff to reserve rooms for meetings and events on the Pasadena campus. On the 25Live page you can submit your requests which will then be reviewed, processed, and confirmed by members of the Teaching & Learning team.
Here are some important notes:

- When making a reservation, you should select any resources you will need (Auxiliary Services support, Event Production support, Zoom, etc.) at the time you make your reservation to ensure your request is on that department’s radar. You will then need to follow up with those departments separately via email to communicate your specific set-up needs. Common resources are "A/V Tech Setup/Teardown", "Zoom - Video Conferencing", and tables and chairs in Payton 101.
- When making a reservation, please schedule the actual start and end times of the event. If you need setup or takedown time, you may add that under “Additional Time”.
- Please note that spaces may only be reserved during normal building hours (8am to 10pm, Mon-Sat). If you need to reserve a room outside of building hours (before 8am, for example), submit your reservation within building hours and include a note requesting to change the reservation to your desired timeframe.
- If you are reserving a room as part of an event, please make sure you have first completed all the necessary event planning steps.
If you do not yet have a 25Live account and need to reserve spaces, please contact techsupport@fuller.edu to create an account for you. Your 25Live account is distinct from other Fuller accounts like Fuller ID.
The Distinction Between Meetings and Events
- Events tend to be larger, involve multiple speakers or multimedia presentations, and may involve multiple rooms. If your event requires coordination from the Events team, advertising, or involves external participants or the entire seminary, it must first be approved by the Event Governing Board.
- Any meetings involving Payton 101, Travis Auditorium, or outdoor spaces are considered events because of their size and complexity, and so all tech needs must be coordinated with eventproduction@fuller.edu.
- Both meetings and events may include video conferencing, and many rooms have built-in video conferencing equipment. Any video conferencing needs should be coordinated with vcsupport@fuller.edu, along with eventproduction@fuller.edu as applicable.
Scheduling Meetings
- Please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance for your event to be confirmed. It is recommended that event requests are submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
- All space reservations are reviewed and processed at 9 AM each day. Subsequent requests are checked the following day.
- You will receive an automated email response when your request is submitted and confirmed. There is no need to email T&L upon submitting a request unless there was a mistake or a question.
- You may submit a request for a future quarter, however when classes are assigned rooms at the beginning of the the quarter they take priority. In the event of a classroom scheduling conflict, your reservation is subject to change. The Teaching & Learning team will reach out to you to try and find a solution. If you have any questions regarding future room scheduling, please contact Teaching & Learning at teach@fuller.edu.
- Please ensure you have carefully noted the exact details of your event. Errors may result in a delay or cancellation in event processing. Common reservation mistakes include not choosing a location, not reserving resources such as Zoom, or forgetting to request tables and chairs.
- For all technical support and video conferencing needs please contact Eric Mulligan (vcsupport@fuller.edu), unless your event is scheduled in Payton 101, Travis Auditorium, or an outdoor space. If scheduled in one of those locations, please contact the Event Production team (eventproduction@fuller.edu).
- If you need to request a Guest Wifi pass, please contact techsupport@fuller.edu. Please request passes at least 24 hours in advance.
- If you need to make changes to your request, please edit your event by going to “Your Event Drafts”, click on the event, click on “Edit Event”, and then edit your event accordingly.
- Campus Safety will assist you in unlocking doors or parking needs. Please contact them at campussafety@fuller.edu for any security needs.
